The property is situated in Hadfield, Derbyshire and was completed in February 2023. Harlow Developments purchased the site as a bare piece of land with several lapsed outline proposals granted on it.
We applied for planning permission for a 4 bed, 1650 sq. ft detached property with 3 parking spaces. The land was purchased for £120,000 and later sold for £502,500. The process involved took circa 1 year to design and build.

Woodlands Road, Stalybridge is an existing 3 bed detached dwelling comprising of a living room, dining kitchen, second reception room, bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 and a bathroom.
A full renovation project where the house was modernised from top to bottom. An extension was introduced housing the kitchen, with the middle wall taken out between the existing kitchen/diner to create a second reception room. All of the upstairs was modernized upgrading the bedrooms and bathroom.
The project took 6 months to complete and was purchased for £235,000
